I would have given a 5-star rating, but I had an issue with the printing of my shirt. My original order was placed correctly with my dog’s head on Jon Snow’s body (Game of Thrones). When it was sent for my approval, the artist had placed the head on Daenerys’s body (Game of Thrones). The two bodies were both sitting on the same throne and were of the same dark colors, so I didn’t notice the male/female difference and approved the photo. I realized within minutes afterward of the error. I tried immediately to stop the printing, but I was notified that it was too late. Many emails later and various online chats produced the correct artwork and shirt. The finished product looks great and is of very nice quality! My issue with this order is that there is no way to contact a rep via phone. This made correcting my order very difficult! Please, please, please get a customer service phone number, so issues like mine can be resolved quickly and easily. The system you are using now really doesn’t work well for problems with an order. I’ve ordered from this company several times and have never had an issue until now. Even with the problem I had, I will continue to order in the future. I LOVE their work!

Pop your pup was great!! I received my picture and it was great quality, my parents loved it!! The only thing is shipping took a little long and they took a little long to get back to me but it was around the holidays and they did get back to me and were super nice and helpful!! Great company!!

The end product came out so Beautifully! Easy enough to order and all that as well. Just felt like it made no difference in paying for the “Skip the Artwork line” I paid one with and one without and they literally came a day apart. Other than that , the quality of their products is 🔥🔥👍🏼.

Purchased a onesie for my fiancé’s niece. This was actually the second onesie with the same picture since she will soon grow out of the first one (which we absolutely LOVED). I didn’t like the artwork as much the second time, but since the proof took longer than I was told that it would, I went ahead and approved it. I had the same issue previously with a beach towel of my cat where even after two detailed edit requests, the second towel (with the same photo used) did not meet my expectations set by the first towel I purchased. I have used Pop Your Pup many many times and plan to again, but I do wish it were possible to request the same exact artwork used previously for a later purchase (or if there is it needs to be easier to locate). Overall, everything I’ve gifted from PYP has been ADORED by the recipient, but I do wish the promised turnaround for artwork was honored (also when I reached out replying to an email making sure I had received my proof and I responded I had not I did not receive a reply, but I’ll chalk that up to covid/holiday season because historically customer support has been great). I do think there are some kinks with the website, at least when using mobile, and I do think finding your proof by entering the order number can be a bit confusing. Also too many ads/promotions when checking out. Altogether, would highly recommend, and I’m sure I’ll be ordering in the future.

We ordered 3 buffs. The ordering process was easy and fast, and we were able to make adjustments with photos before printing. When they arrived, the print quality was great but we didn't get to choose the material and it's super slippery so they don't stay on our faces to wear as a mask like we'd like. We tried shrinking them and doubling up the material but so far only tying them in the back has worked unfortunately. They may fit other people just fine, we just wish they had some kind of elastic or grip around the nose area like most buffs/gaitors are made with to stay put.

Shipping took forever but worth it for the product

Gave the adorable T-shirts’ to my daughter and boyfriend of their sweet Oreo that passed away this fall. They both were in tears!

Due to backlog, I had to request the revisions I wanted three times but when the final version was completed it was better than anticipated. They even filled in the area outside the range of the photo. I’m very happy with the artwork. The mask is only like T-shirt material so not great protection. I wish they had an inner layer that would hold a filter. But great for general use.
