I have received an $150 gift card for our wedding. I was planning to print a canvas with our dog. I changed my mind on the picture and I abandoned the process. When I came back my whole balance on the gift card was gone. I reached out to customer service to ask what’s going on and they simply told me there is no more balance. At this point I got super frustrated and I said to hell with it. But it’s still $150 that they just stole.

I had a lot of trouble when it came to working with the Pop Your Pup team. For some reason my shipping address and billing address got combined somehow and the product was shipped to a nonexistent address. Pop Your Pup could not fix this and not could UPS/USPS because of the shipping code Pop Your Pup used. Pop Your Pup also said that the product wouldn’t be returned to them... so where was it going to go?? Luckily, my mother still lives in the town of my billing address and I was able to get to the package 30 minutes before it got loaded back onto a truck to go who knows where. Then my mother repackaged it and sent it to me. The picture came out as I requested it so I guess that’s good. But I don’t think $100 is worth an 11x14 canvas. Pop Your Pup should really look at how they ship these items and be able to work with their clients if issues arise (if they want return customers anyway). After all this went down I did research on the company and they get terrible reviews so I suppose I should have done my research before purchasing. I will not be purchasing from them again for a portrait of my other dog and I will not recommend Pop Your Pup, especially since you can’t even call to speak with a representative (they only work from a chat room on your account). I am glad I am not out my $100 completely although it was of no help from Pop Your Pup.

I ordered a t-shirt of my dog and when I received the shirt it looked like someone took there finger when the ink was still wet and scratched the words bad dog into the picture. There were also several finger prints in the edges of the image. I don’t know what employee thought it would be funny to vandalize someone’s order but I am not amused. It is clear this company has no quality control. Why would you send this to a customer?

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I ordered a shirt for Christmas gift in October. I still haven't received the item and its the end of January. I contacted them several times and each time they could not tell me when my item would be ready.

Ordered on Black Friday, they promised delivery before Christmas. In fact, there were 15 days left for Christmas delivery. They completely lied, it's now Jan 15 and still no order. They keep messaging me back saying there was a "manufacturers error and it will be shipped today". They've said it 3 times and lied every time. I used this company last year and it was great. Never again.

I sent my picture on 12/29 and still have not heard anything back. I have submitted a chat request twice with still no response. I'm going to cancel my order and go with a different company. Either they are too busy to respond to a customer or just doesn't care about the customer. Either way, not good.

I paid $82 for a pair of low quality Pajama bottoms with my pet on them. The back had the pet upside down. I emailed pictures and asked them to redo and resend and they have stopped responding to me. Terrible quality and customer service.

I have a large dog and ordered The 30”x40” dog bed. I received a dog bed that was 28”x34.” I sent the company several messages and pictures of the dog bed and measuring tape. After sending several messages, the company offered me 50% off another order. They did not apologize or offer an explanation as to why the measurements were so off. They have stopped responding to me. It’s just unacceptable to falsely advertise something (and it wasn’t cheap!) and then refuse to make the situation right. Feel like I got scammed.
