I keep sending emails asking where the socks I ordered are, $68.00 worth of socks. They haven’t arrived and now they are saying I never ordered them even though I’ve sent order confirmations. Terrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased a tote bag in August and it’s now Oct 22 and they keep saying my package is sitting at a transportation site but it’s apparently been there since Sept 19th , I’m loosing all hope this is a legit company and would never purchase from them again. So disappointed Your response is to email you my order number but I’ve done that already and it does me no good Update: received my package and after all this time it isn’t what I expected, smaller than pictured, disappointed

I hope the product worth to wait! 38 days and counting… I ordered on august 22th and on septembre 28th they still sending me email about the fact that my purse is on the way …I’m from Canada and it shipped from US… so I don’t imagine the wait if you live other continents.
Disgruntled
I purchased a bag and it was smaller than expected plus the zip is faulty. I have sent 5 emails to the support email address provided and have not had the courtesy of a response. They have a 14 day return policy and today is day 6. Shocking Shocking Shocking service. Will definitely not recommend and a very expensive lesson.

I placed my order on July 16th and haven’t received it yet. I checked the tracking and as of 7/27 tracking shows that it was “being inspected at the customs of Ireland. I would like to know when I can expect delivery.
