I've ordered seven 70 Watt Solar Fountains from Poposoapsolar and all are functioning 100 % as designed to aerate my pond. Good investment compared to very expensive products available.

the fountain kit i purchased works great. i'm retired and spend the greater part of each day in the backyard. can't get enough of that sound of burbling like a continuous babbling brook. easy to install, and great costumer service. when i realized i needed an extension cord for better sun exposure. i contacted via email to be sure of purchasing the correct one. they returned email with the link i needed the next day. quick delivery too.

From order date to delivery took more time than needed. My product doesn't appear to be charging the battery it has. As soon as the sun is no longer on it it slows way down to a stop.

Dear Marti, Thank you for your message and the detailed explanation. The issue you mentioned might be due to low or depleted battery power. You can try the following steps to check if the built-in battery is functioning correctly: 1. Disconnect the water pump. 2. Place the solar panel outdoors in direct sunlight to charge for 4–6 hours. 3. Reconnect the water pump and check if it operates properly. We hope these suggestions help. If it still does not work after trying these steps, please let us know, and we will assist you immediately with the next steps. Thank you. Best regards, POPOSOAP
