My solar fountains are wonderful. I love all of the options for a fountain head. The solar panel is nice and powerful, and so are the pumps. I hope they hold up better than the last pumps. The only thing I didn't like were the instructions, especially with the larger panel. I will have to contact customer service to see if I can get better details.

My Blind box turtle loves her poposoap pond filter. It keeps the water changes to a minimum and she can hear the water with the use of the fountain. Great investment

I love the water feature and it came quick with easy installation. I am wondering if I can get a battery backup separately.

Dear friend, I am truly sorry for the unpleasant experience and the inconvenience this has caused you. We have already updated your shipping address and arranged for the package to be sent out again. Regarding the issue that you were unable to reach us by phone, I have already reported this to our phone customer service team. Our phone support is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays due to the weekend break, so calls may not be answered during that time. Our email support team usually replies within 24–48 hours, although responses may take a little longer during holidays. We sincerely hope you can understand that our team is doing its best to handle every customer request as quickly as possible. Once again, I am deeply sorry for keeping you waiting and for the frustration this has caused. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

Their solar powered birdbath fountain is fantastic - my birds love it! Also, I had a question about the product and they answered me quickly and solved something I didn't understand about product. I would definitely order from this company again.

I didn't have to wait too long for delivery. Was easy to set up and works great! Love the great variety of fountain heads and the cord connecting the fountain to the solar panel is long enough to get it into a nice sunny spot.

New pond owner here. Was not sure what type of filter/pump to get, but finally decided to get this little guy. I love it! Was so easy to set up and started working as soon as I put it in the water. Lol-I wasn’t sure if it needed to “charge up” for a while first. It’s very quiet, easy and price is right. Very satisfied!
