Slow to fund (7days?), slow to respond to an inquiry (no customer service representative available, and no notification for an unexplained hold on account), and sitting on hold for 57 min is not an efficient nor FAST way to pay. I would not recommend this service!!

By the cheap look and feel of the website alone i was already scared to have my information stored with them. After verifying my email, phone and bank account, i use for the first time and unknown security reason they froze my account. Told me they need more verification which will take 3 business days. Then once verified, another 3 days to send. I said screw it and im going back to venmo and paypal. Use cheap products win cheap customer service.

I added Popmoney to accommodate a friend who wanted to send me a payment for splitting an evening out. When it came time for me to return the favor, my account was on hold for some undetermined security reason. And I was never notified of the hold. Use Zelle - it is seamless and over the course of 4 years, I've never had a problem in sending or receiving money.

Horrible horrible way to send money. They tell you by email, you’ll have it in 4 days. Then they claim it can take up to six days to receive your deposit...I’m going on day 8 to receive my paycheck. MY PAYCHECK. 8 GD days!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. I had a $1650 automatic payment scheduled. I cancelled it. They paid it anyway and I had to get the money back from the person. Long story short: for three months I kept cancelling and Pop Money kept scheduling. My bank talked to them multiple times and told me it was cancelled. Then Pop Money notifies me that it has been scheduled AGAIN! In frustration, my bank filed a stop payment. Pop money notified me that my account had been frozen, and I should call customer service to unfreeze. I called - 21 minutes of listening to how important my call was to them. Finally a human answered and I would be transferred to the correct person. Eight more minutes of telling me how important my call is. Finally, a fifteen minutes with a person to un-freeze, just to be told that I would have to go back online and cancel that same payment again. Use PayPal. They seem to be organized and actually care about their clients and they don't charge you to send money.

Worst app ever. Bank charges you fee for service not provided with this app. BBVA bank and app just steal your money. Do not recommend any of them.

If I could give these buffoons zero stars that's what they earned. They want bank statements, and government photo IDs after you have given them a bank routing number and account number and called them and this is to receive a paltry amount To heck with this service and any bank that links to it is a loser bank. I think they are thieves probably operating out of China

Horrible service! New account put on hold for no reason. Can't deposit my money. On hold for over an hour and still not resolved. Now I am getting texts that the money sent is about to expire and I need to deposit! Ha! I wish I could.....customer service sucks. Do I sound frustrated??? There must be a better way to send money and I will find it!
