it's a good product . we use it 2 or 3 times a week ' it has nylon gears which broke , I called the company and they replaced them , no charge , I had the part in two days , I recommend the whirley pop

Shipping was great, got it in no time at all. Disappointed I could not find the exact popcorn I was searching for. I had gotten some at a store that carries it only during Christmas I guess. Went back and store could not find it in inventory. Decided to order on line, but the popcorn is not as big and fluffy as the first bags I purchased in store. Could not find those size kernels on site. Popcorn is good.

Good not to many real discounts but the product and service is good, would like to see some good sales so I can stock up.

My popper quit turning. I guess ideally it would not have let the bottom gear slip past the top gear, but these things happen. It's the steel model with metal gears. After reading one of the 3-star reviews, the company's advice on being sure the bottom gear is fully seated really helped. I was able to tease the bottom horizontal gear past the vertical top gear until it was seated. Works fine now. Tip: Don't lay the top of the popper fully on its back .. lay it on its side. That way the gears are less likely to sneak out of alignment! Either way, from the tone of this company, I would have been taken care of .. sure of that.

Their products are great and prices are reasonable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that their shipping rates are astronomical which is a shame because I would order popcorn from them more often if that wasn't the case.

They sent the wrong popcorn but when I notified them, they corrected it.
