I ordered this as a gift for my husband's 50th bday. The turn out time was supposed to be past his bday. I was so nicely surprised because it came so quickly even before his bday! On the top of it the product itself was even better than I imagined! Super happy!

I had a portrait done with another company and the head was extra big for some reason. Why would anyone think a customer would want a bobble-head portrait? I also didn't get any message that the preview was ready before production. I didn't get the proof in any obvious way. Like it didn't come in an email, and there was no link to it to make things easy to preview, so by the time I knew it should be changed, it had been done. My portrait from PopArtYou on the other hand was SO good, my 4 year old compliments it a year later (and he lives here and sees it everyday)! I got another of my cat, and this last one is for my BF

Great product. Great customer service. Delivered just as expected. The detail is immaculate, correlating the color of every whisker correctly. Highly recommended.
