Product and Customer Support Exceeded Expectations!
The product and communication exceeded my expectations!! Everything came out PERFECTLY and it was a huge hit with my sister and her boyfriend for Christmas. I even asked to change a detail in the artwork last minute after receiving my first proof and it was edited within 24 hours for me! The only reason I deducted 1 star is because when I placed my order, I was basing the timeline of arrival on the timeline on their website, but learned through emailing with the team that it would be later than that due to high demand with Christmas around the corner, which wasn’t communicated until after the order was placed. However, the team was very helpful in suggesting a digital copy instead to speed up the delivery (I then had printed elsewhere and framed myself) and refunded the difference in pricing right away. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase and experience - just be aware that if you’re ordering around a busy holiday, the timeline on the website for when you’ll receive your proof and finalized product may not be accurate. But do not hesitate! This makes a wonderful gift for loved ones or for yourself and the quality of the artwork was really amazing. We ordered as a joke, as I’m sure most people do, but it was genuinely quite beautiful!
