5 stars for sure. I gave them muliple pictures including the two of us together because I did not have many single shots of us. They respinded right away letting me know that the pics were good to work with. The proof was sent to me in a few days and I was given multiple chances to change anything that I wanted. They did a great job on the first try paying attention to what I wanted. Shipped and received in a timely manner. Thank you, it is great and my wife loves it.

Picture turned out even better than I’d anticipated, and the recipient was brought to happy, happy tears. The hardest part was choosing an outfit for each of the four people in the picture due to so many fun options, but that just ended up making the result even more enjoyable. Will quite likely do this again for someone else - and maybe their pet, too.
