The gasket lasted 2 minutes and blew out. Sucks after putting in 4hrs of labor to have to redo it again for a stupid $20 gasket.

Ordered a abfjv 12 valve transfer pump and it came with a defect. The inlet check valve was missing from pump. Tried for months to get a replacement or return and was ignored and or put off the entire time. Still have not had a replacement or am able to return product. Never buying from this site again. Very "poor" customer service.

Update* was told on the 23rd it would ship either the next day or yesterday (Fri or Mon). At 7pm last night (Mon) when I reached out to find out what was going on, Rok Hefti immediately replied with "I refunded your money so you can buy from a better supplier" I would advise avoiding getting scammed by these people. I ordered my part more than a week ago. It hasnt even shipped yet, and you are seriously sending me a request for a review?. This is my first and likely last time I'll order from you, but if you want an honest and fair review, send the review request 3 days after the part is scheduled to be delivered.

Paid 60$ for 1-3 day shipping, package still hasn’t entered Canada after 4 business days. Without this part I cannot operate my machine.

Still have not received parts and tracking just says late arrival!!can’t review if I have not received. Will more than likely order from auto parts store and return this if it ever shows up .

Bought a lift pump, did not open it and tried to return it a few days after receiving it but I was not allowed to do so and I basically lost my money. Spoke to a customer service person named Rok and did not help whatsoever amd does the bare minimum. the refund policy is ridiculous and even if the wrong part is ordered you are screwed and have to loss your money. I will never be giving them business again. No wonder they are called poor man’s diesel with all their poor customer service and business practices these poor customers are not getting help with right parts and are getting scammed by them
