I ordered for the first time - a zip code was entered incorrectly for a different town and the system didn't catch it. Purchase went back to company and apparently there is a 15% re-stocking fee that when I called looking for the package when I was told I would be issued a refund nothing was mentioned about the restocking fee. Of course, I was not expecting the shipping or the sales tax refunded. Would have been nice for a customer service rep to have been able to explain that so a customer is caught off guard by it.

Paid on Wednesday evening 28.57 For 2 day shipping. Part shipped Thursday And didn’t arrive until Monday! Very expensive shipping to not get in the two days I paid for! Messaged them and they say Monday was the delivery date! If it Shipped Thursday day 2 is Friday! Beware! Not worth spending the extra money get it quickly! Monday was day 5! They won’t refund!

Joshua , as per our previous conversation, I tried in good faith to alert your company that my order was being shipped to the wrong address immediately via email once I realized nobody was available to talk to on Saturday. The fact that your company isn't willing to cancel the order on your end and at the very least issue a refund back to my credit card due to my inconvenience has cost your company a customer. I ordered two remora battery packs from this company. Neither of them worked or would charge correctly. When I contacted customer service - they informed me to contact Hammerhead directly. I didn't buy these units from Hammerhead, I purchased from Poolweb. DO NOT PUCHASE FROM POOL WEB

Orderes replacement heat exchanger for my pool. Installed it and it failed in less than 2 months. Poolweb refused to replace stating manufacturer wouldn't replace it. Raypak(manufacturer) replaced part with only 3 phone calls. Poolweb is a BUYER BEWARE! they will not follow their advertised warranty from their website. DONT BUY FROM POOLWEB

I order replacement parts that were showing in-stock for my pool cleaner on 08/02/2025. Recieved and e-mail that the estimated shipping date would be 08/21/2025. On 8/27 /2025 received an update that the new shipping date would be 09/04/2025. then once that date had passed on 9/08/2205 received an e-mail the product would ship from their warehouse on 10/02/2025. At this point canceled my order from another company which was then able to ship the exact same order in 48 hours. Overall price looked good. Communication were poor, estimations on shipping dates were not timely or accurate.

Prices compared to other websites for the exact same parts are double the price. Sad to see corporate greed get in the way of handicap accesories.
