I ordered Pentair pool filters from a Google search. There was supposed to be 4 and they sent 1 for $156.78. I called Pool Web support and they said $156.78 is for 1. I asked for a refund I had the item for maybe one hour and a half and I returned it unopened! I even paid for my own shipping. They charge me a 25% Restocking fee! BS.. I would never buy anything from that company again if there was the last pool supply in the world!! Bait & switch in the Google ad then they rip you off!

I purchased 2 pool lights and 1 Spa light. Unfortunately the spa light color is not the same as my pool lights. The same Blue was ordered for both. I spoke with Danielle and I’m being told the reason the colors don’t match is because my pool is painted. My pool is not and has never been painted. She told me I have to take this up with the manufacturer. I am of the opinion this company’s customer service is less than desirable. I will never purchase from them again.

I recd a box of junk. They was not shrink wrapped. No protective materiel in box to protect the item. The box was destroyed due to lousy packaging of used materials. Steer clear

$15 for a return label. CRAZY!

I rarely write a poor review however this business and their practices and customer service are truly the worst. Please choose to give your hard earned dollars to a business that actually carries inventory; communicates with their customers, and provides support when an issue arises. @poolweb.com fails in each of these areas however the one area they are successful at is accepting your money. I strongly recommend choosing another business unless you have no other choice.

I needed to make a return and this is when their true colors come out. They do not care about their customers and fail to be accountable for any mistake on their part, even if it is at the expense of their customers. Stay away, I then had to order the parts from somewhere else and I found them for less.

POOLWEB is a terrible company with absolutely no integrity, and is dishonest with their advertising. They commit fraud on their unknowing customers and commit FALSE ADVERTISING with their sales website. They do not care about their customers and fail to be accountable for any mistake on their part, even if it is at the expense of their customers. I searched the web for a replacement filter for my pool and I found what I wanted on their site. My pool filtration canister was listed and there was an accurate photo of the filter I needed. When the filter arrived, it was 1/3 of the height it should have been at about 10" tall, when the filter I needed and the filter advertised was 30" tall. I immediately reviewed the web page where I made the purchase and in the description it actually did say "9-7/8 inch high" at the bottom of the small print description, but I honestly thought that was a typo since the MAIN product description clearly listed my filtration unit (TXC75) and showed an ACTUAL photo of the 30" high filter cartridge that was consistent with what I needed to purchase. So the item I was purchasing matched 2 of the 3 factors which led me to believe it was the correct item, but it wasn't. Furthermore, it is not even a "Pentair genuine replacement cartridge element" as stated - so there's more false advertising and fraud... With it being the completely wrong product, I processed a return and they provided a shipping label - which in the e-mail states that they are going to deduct $10.60 from my total refund amount (17.5% of the cost of the product). I called them and explained the situation, but despite their displaying the incorrect photo of the item, they refused to fully reimburse me for my refund. Despite them being guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING, they refuse to reimburse me fully for the return. I tried my best to calmly reason with them, but they refuse to do the right thing and provide me a full refund. They simply do not care that they falsely advertised a product and have committed fraud on their customer. I guess they never heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. As an online sales business, they should know that their customers rely on photos as a big part of making purchases, and this should go without saying, but this company is not that smart - or they do and they are willfully defrauding their customers. I do not recommend purchasing from POOLWEB as they refuse to be accountable for their mistake and expect the customer to shoulder the cost of the return shipping for a refund. They refuse to accept any responsibility and place the blame fully on the customer, even if the mistake is on them. This joke of a company has no integrity, they have no respect for their customers, and they have terrible customer service. POOLWEB is a completely morally suspect company absolutely without integrity. Their website is plastered with slick terms like "This item is backed by a one year Poolweb Guarantee" and "Hassle Free Returns", but none of it is true and it's all a sham. They will be getting reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for their irresponsible sales practices, their false advertising, and their committing fraud on their unknowing customers - all with no cares and no remorse.

I ordered 5 items from this store for my pentair filter and paid the $40something overnight fee to have it delivered the next day as my pool is leaking copious amounts of water. Only 3 items were delivered. When I called there was one part they didn’t know why it hadn’t shipped which they said they would look into and another item that was coming from a different warehouse. When I asked how long it would take as I paid for overnight, they told me 3-5 business days and wouldn’t return the shipping cost. There is a reason that they don’t send you a confirmation email when you buy your products- they obviously are running a disorganized and lacking operation. If you do order from here, make sure you take a picture of your receipt online in case you run into a similar problem like I did. I won’t be ordering again from here.
