Pool TownReviews of pooltown1.com

Pool Town just finished constructing my beautiful new inground pool. It took a little longer than I expected but every time I had an issue Pool Town was on top of it and fixed it. I want to give a special shout out to the General Manager Antoinette who gave me her personal cell phone number and who resolved all of my concerns with ease. The final product is outstanding and everyone they sent to my property was courteous and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to put in a new pool.

“We were so excited to meet with Pool Town to discuss having a new pool installed. We had met with other companies and found Pool Town to be professional/friendly and very informative. Our salesman Billy Azur was very helpful in our decision-making process as there were many things we weren't educated on regarding pools. The communication throughout the construction process was great and made it go very smoothly. I highly recommend Pool Town to anyone in the market for a new pool. Even after 4 years we know we can reach out to Billy/Pool Town to ask any questions we may have.”

Pool Town was great and easy to work with. We had a long start and they were very patient with us waiting for approvals. Maria was fantastic and very helpful throughout the process!

We recently had a pool installed by Pool Town. The finished result looks fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased. The entire construction process was well organized, particularly the phase post the initial excavation. Our waterfall feature is amazing!! Although not an issue, I would encourage anyone building a pool to fully understand what aspects the home owner is responsible for at an early stage – this will help everything more seamlessly.

We love our new pool, they kept to the promissed time frame. Once pool was complete we had a few problems with the foundation under the pool liner. We were told this happens sometime, they fixed the problem but we felt the call backs regarding our problem were a little slow and we did most of the calling to see when things would get fixed. They did cover the cost of the salt for the pool the first time but we had to pay the water bill for filling our pool 3 times since the problem occured twice after completion of pool. Overall they were there for us and got the foundation fixed and we were only out of using the pool for 2 to 3 days each time we had to empty our pool to be repaired.

Our pool is fantastic, exactly as we had imagined. Can't wait to splish splash away again all summer long! It was a great value for a great product, and so easy to take care of. Now be prepared when embarking on a big project like building an inground pool there will be some glitches, we had a few, it is how the company handles the issues that makes the difference. Pool Town worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied.
