Very professional outstanding work. Recommend highly

My experience with Pool Town was absolutely incredible each and every employee did their job diligently. I was very well informed that each phase of this project, Billy Briana, Alexa, Halle, Gina, Karina, Sandy, and Leesa did incredible work. I am happy with the end result of my pool and everyone that helped me along the way I would highly recommend Pool Town

Pool town got the job done! The process is a major construction project so of course there were bumps along the way but pool town always made sure that the issues got handled and fixed. At the end there were some issues with my township and pool town helped me out and made sure they got the township what they wanted. Now we have our dream backyard oasis. We couldn’t be more happy with our pool!

From start to finish, the project was flawless. We lived down by the Shore and Pool town had no trouble coming out whenever we had questions. We knew what to expect for each phase of our pool build.

Pool Town did a incredible job with our in ground swimming pool! Billy Azar and the entire staff were detailed and first class. They made the the entire process easy and enjoyable!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Pool Town! Living in North Jersey, we had plenty of pool companies to choose from—but based on recommendations and cost, we decided to go with Pool Town, and we’re so glad we did. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they were professional, organized, and incredibly communicative. Every step of the process—from design and construction to installation—was handled with care. Even when we had a few minor setbacks (which are to be expected with a big project like this), the team addressed them quickly and in a very professional manner. Everyone we interacted with provided excellent customer service and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout the entire build. The quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself—we absolutely love our pool and are so happy we took the plunge with Pool Town. If you’re considering a pool, definitely give them a call. Highly recommend!

Pool Town made it easy for our pool project to get completed. Thank you Pool Town!

Overall we had a great experience with Pool Town. They are very organized and the different phases they have in place, allows you to keep track of the work and anticipate what is coming. Everyone was very responsive to questions and or concerns that I had during the process. They adhered to the schedule as promised. The part that took the most time was getting the town permits, which Pool Town does not have control over. I would certainly feel comfortable to recommend Pool Town to others who are thinking of "splashing" into their own pool.
