Everyone was a pleasure to work with and make a hard process fairly easier. I need to make special shout out to PAT and MATT. These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on how to work and maintain pool. They even gave me attention after hours when I had question on stuff they went over already. Not something they had to do and I truly appreciate them because being a first time in ground pool owner is pretty overwhelming!

Pool Town did an awesome job from start to finish to create my dream back yard. A huge thank you to our salesman Billy who we met with multiple times. He was always willing to answer my many questions. I truly appreciate his thoroughness in walking thru the process and even calling out the need for a variance upfront given his familiarity with my township. There were no surprises given his guidance. Laura in Phase 1 stayed on top of everything with regard to permits, inspections, and helped me through the variance process with my township. Phase 2 was just as good - Maria was so very helpful and always so responsive and a joy to work with. As for my install crew, I was very fortunate to have Humberto and crew do the install during the winter months - they were even out there in the snow working to get the job done – just amazing! Everything dealing with the pool package went smoothly including the orientation and final cleaning. Nick was a great help in explaining how to use equipment, test, and understand machine readings. I would highly recommend Pool Town.

We are extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish with Pool Town. The communication was incredible every step pf the way. Everyone was beyond helpful and organized during each phase of the process. We had expected it to be a tedious and stressful experience but it was the exact opposite. There were no surprises, they prepared us for anything and everything. I would highly recommend Pool town!

When I needed a Pool Heater I did not know where or how to go about it Pool Town was recommended to me by a local pool person and I could not have asked for better service, They also installed and explained a salt system I have been impressed with the first phone call to the opening of my pool and everything in between every person who I have met or spoke with has been a pleasure. Everything was handled professionally and never left a thing out of place I highly recommend Pool Town

It’s easy to impress a customer when you want their business, but when you continue to impress a year later, you know you made the right choice! From the day we walked into the showroom, our experience has been nothing but professional. We were greeted promptly at the time of our appointment, all of our options were fully explained and the timeline presented flowed flawlessly. We received an email from the coordinator for each phase of the construction introducing themselves and explaining what would be happening next. Each coordinator was pleasant and easily accessible and returned phone calls promptly. We recommend Pool Town to anyone we know looking to install an inground pool.

We had a lot of reservations about starting our pool installation in the middle of winter. We put our trust in Pool Town to start the job in December and now we'll actually be in it by Memorial Day. I highly recommend them and the staff is Top-Notch. Mitch C

After extensive research and recommendation by our realtor, we hired Pool Town to build our pool in 2016. The process was seamless and moved from each stage to the next like clockwork. Signed a contract in January 2016, construction started in April 2016 and the entire pool plus the finishing touches was completed by the end of June. After getting the final approvals from our township we were able to use the pool by the middle of August 2016. The staff at Pool Town from the salespeople, to the office staff, to the contractors and sub-contractors were courteous and knowledgeable. Also, their showroom is a must see! It's like the Disneyworld of pool stores.
