Beeler's Virtual Billiard AcademyReviews of poolteacher.com

My daughter and I had been considering taking Anthony's course for over a year. After speaking to a few high level players I decided it was time to pull the trigger. Anthony is an amazing teacher, he keeps the course fun, loose and breaks everything down into bit size pieces. Whether you are a novice player and a highly skilled player, his training curriculum is top notch and will benefit you greatly.

Anthony is the legit and the real deal. He makes you comfortable and confident right from the start. I truly feel no matter what your skill level is you can still learn and benefit from this class. If you feel you need to or just want to improve your game don't hesitate to go.

Anthony Beeler’s three-day training was outstanding. I spent five hours a day with him, and it was clear from the beginning that he is not just a great player, but a gifted teacher. There is an important distinction there. Many people can instruct, but Anthony connects. His instruction was structured, practical, and immediately useful. He broke the game down in a way that helped me see what I was doing, why it mattered, and how to make real corrections. He also shared real-world examples and stories that brought his teaching to life and made the lessons easier to understand and remember. What stood out most was Anthony’s ability to teach the complete game. We worked on fundamentals, stroke mechanics, aiming, including his BAM aiming system, cue ball control, pattern play, and the mental side of pool. His website describes his training as precision instruction built for results, and that is exactly what I experienced. He has a deep command of the game, but he also knows how to communicate it in a way that makes sense and builds confidence. The amount of information covered over three days was significant, but Anthony made it manageable. He was patient, observant, direct when needed, and encouraging throughout the process. I left with a much clearer understanding of my game, specific things to practice, and a path for continued improvement. I also have his books, online content, and access to him for video review to fall back on, which adds tremendous value after the in-person training. Anthony’s reputation as a highly respected instructor is well earned. His academy highlights students across all 50 states and multiple countries, and his recognition as SPM Magazine’s Instructor of the Decade is consistent with the quality of instruction I received firsthand. I highly recommend Anthony Beeler to anyone who is serious about improving their pool game. Whether you are trying to build better fundamentals, sharpen advanced skills, or simply learn how to practice the right way, his training is well worth the investment. I am grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend him to others. My only regret is not having done this sooner.

As a retired military veteran and a former instructor and operations manager at a Federal Training Academy, I have spent my career teaching and managing high-level technical training. I know exactly what world-class instruction looks like, and Anthony Beeler is the gold standard. Anthony’s 3-day in-person course is a masterclass in technical precision. His ability to take complex concepts and deliver them with the same discipline and attention to detail that we expect in elite military training is unmatched. He doesn't just teach you how to play; he teaches you how to master the game through consistency and a professional mindset. If you are serious about your game and want an instructor who respects the discipline of the craft, Anthony is the only choice. This was one of the most impactful training experiences of my career. Highly recommended!

Great instructor! He explains the how and the why of what he teaches. His book is great also. If you forget anything from the Lessons, you can go back to the book and reference it for a refresher. On top of that if you need further review and the book isn’t covering what you need. He is very accessible and willing to answer questions well after your lessons have ended.

Simply the best! I have attended many courses and personal lessons in various activities. Anthony's instruction/course far exceeded all. Buy the book, study, and then attend the 3 day course. His knowledge, instructional ability, and love of the game is powerful and translates to a memorable experience.

I wish I would have taken this class 5 years ago. Anthony is an awesome teacher of the game. So many "ah ha" moments throughout the 3 day class. The program was structured perfectly and we moved quickly thru the material. I would recommend this course for any level player who is looking to improve their game.

Anthony very knowledgeable about the game and the way he teaches it makes it easy to learn and fun in doing so. I Highly recommend his course if you are thinking about taking any kind of lessons for your game.
