Placed order and cc was charged 11 days ago. Nothing shipped. No one answers at customer service. Multiple email attempts to contact with no response. Order tracking page goes to an error page. Ridiculous banner saying "chat and phone lines out due to severe thunderstorms". How 1960s an excuse. Either they are out of business or this is a scam. Stay away.

Absolutely great customer service. Communication was prompt and clear, with constant updates in regards to changes with my order. Options were made available to me right away on how I would like to pursue with my order. Delivery was very fast, product was received in great condition, and was as described.

It took to long to deliver
Response from Pool Supply DeliveryJun 3, 2022
Greetings! We are truly sorry that you felt it took too long to deliver your order. I looked up your order and you ordered at 9pm on May 5th and it was delivered May 13th. We do aim to ship same day or within 24 hours; some larger items do take longer to ship though. The majority of our business comes from our amazing loyal customers and in my opinion, 3 stars is not acceptable. I will reach out to you directly to offer you some options to hopefully turn this experience into a 5 star experience for you.
