This company is the worst. Sends wrong item, no return, no adjustment to price, no help. It is not worth any amount of savings to go with this company.

I order five items, for about $160.00. The order was delivered, but with some wrong products (3 out of five), on August 15, 2014. Called 23 times, all calls answered by the answering machine. 16 emails, never answered. Net loss $ 65.00 Do not buy from this store

Ordered product and was sent WRONG color. THREE phone messages later and numerous emails and finallly dispute filed thru Paypal got money back Still waiting on communcation form COMPANY ONE time. And have to mention my 3 weeks of time waiting for communication from them ...NEVER will order again from them EVER Kind of behaviour makes me wonder "bait and switch " usually means company on way down. So if u have weeks to try to communciate with company or you can wait and still NOT get correct product and want to save $3 on purchase ...feel free order from them

They are the horrible. I received an email that my part shipped but the tracking number was bogus, needless to say - I never received the part. No one answers their phone, left messages no return. I've never been ripped off by an internet retailer before but there is always the first time. Now I have to write a letter to AMEX to get the charge reversed. I guess their business model is to make money by taking your money, not shipping the item you were charged for and then they hope you will not take the time to have the charge reversed. They are scum.

I received and incorrect order and inquired via email and by phone on how to get it replaced. I never received a reply back. The item is still incorrect, but my only recourse is to write this and eat the loss.
