They called me after my miscarriage this past March, and they said that they would update it, but have since called me monthly to ask me about my pregnancy. I am still getting phone calls and emails after I have relentlessly made so many phone calls and emails asking them to stop. I just received a call a few minutes ago and they always blame it wasn’t notated and they assure me it won’t happen again. Literally they called me every single month, like clockwork. My miscarriage was traumatic, and I was able to get my child cremated, and I went so far as to share this with them, and I am so beyond done.

Do not use Pomelo Care for Doula Services!! They verified my insurance and told me I had coverage, and I started working with one of their doulas. Then three months later they told me "oh wait" you don't have coverage. They first told me they had listed my insurance incorrectly on my account, then one of their representatives told me they just started working with Anthem and are still learning how to work with them and bill them. They literally do not know what they are doing and I will be reporting them for misrepresenting insurance coverage and filing a complaint with the California Department of Managed Health Care.
