The size of each shirt is very deceptive. A regular polo shirt with sleeves measures differently than a sleeveless shirt. For a first time user this was not clear. My shirt was not only way too small but sewn with crooked seams. In order not to exchange the company tells you that each shirt is custom made. That’s not true as my shirt did not even fit the measurements I selected. Won’t use this company again even though I liked the shirt prints.

Took 3 weeks to arrive...it came from China. Wish I knew that before ordering. Quality was so-so...material felt a bit cheap, but printing was nice.

I ordered a tire cover on June 12th and paid $14.99 for expedited delivery. On June 15th I received a text informing me that I could track my order and it was shipped. However, the tracking information shows no shipment was made. I called their number and left 2 messages. There is never anyone there. I sent an email and received an automated reply that they will get back to me. I'd like to know when. Horrible or non existent customer service. What is up with Polynesian Pride? Beautiful designs but customer service doesn't match. Their tracking information is useless. When you run a company, you need to be equipped to answer phone calls or emails. It is not all about making sales!

the design is nice, but both of my sleeves are horrible. the sewing/stitching is way off. thread is hanging out on both sides as well. lastly, the sleeves are both crooked, not even close to being straight. like i said, love the design but the workmanship is horrible.

It’s to long of a wait to receive the items product is good the print is acceptable

I got (2) of the same shirts and another shirt had a name printed on the back. I don’t know who that person is. And the shirts I ordered weren’t supposed to have NO TEXTS.

Updated: they provided a refund after many emails. I’m satisfied with the end results. I ordered a dress and matching shirt for an upcoming vacation using their size guide. The clothes are way too big and the dress side seam is not lined up correctly. I've gone through so many emails with them to try to return the items only to find out in the small print that they don't refund when the customer orders the wrong size. Please be careful and don't follow their size guide. Terrible customer service and terrible return policy.

My husband shirt was a size Large, which is his size he wears and it is too small for him and my dress is made with cheap material. Very disappointed with the price for what I received.
