I am writing about the leggings. They run SMALL I am normally a large however my leg cannot fit into the beautiful leggings. I will definitely have to exchange to XX large. Even though they are stretch they don't give much. I will be back to write in regards to the return policy.

Polynesian Pride Review I would strongly advise against using Polynesian Pride for clothing printing services. Their delivery times are extraordinarily slow—even for the simplest items—which makes planning nearly impossible. When issues arise, their customer service is virtually nonexistent and, the interaction quickly becomes contentious rather than helpful. For a smoother experience and timely delivery, I recommend exploring other clothing print services that value both efficiency and customer care.

The photos on the website are awesome but when I first saw the Shaka polo shirt, what a disappointment! I will never wear this shirt and didnt even bother to remove it from the package. It looks so cheap, I can't express my disappointment because I wanted to wear this shirt for Christmas eve dinner.

Při koupi obalů na kufry jsem bohužel vycházel z tabulky velikostí, ale tabulka absolutně neodpovídá realitě.Takze mám dva obaly ,které se nedají použít.cena cca 100$.

I couldn't tell until it arrived, but the material used on the sweatshirt was terrible. Add to this, it didn't even fit how I expected. After trying to return, the company wouldn't even give a full refund. They only offered me a portion & I needed to pay for shipping. All in all, not a good experience.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that the sweatshirt didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t match what you were hoping for, especially with added return costs. Your feedback is important to us and will help us improve both our products and policies moving forward. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I purchased a shirt. When I received it I did not like it. I wanted to return it. They were only willing to give me 70% of the purchase price and I would have to pay for the shipping cost. In the online world of shopping that policy is highly suspect and substandard. For this reason I will never purchase from them again.

We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment with our return policy. We understand that shopping online comes with certain expectations, and it’s unfortunate that we didn’t meet yours this time. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue to review and improve our policies. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

The adult shirt and matching childs dress I ordered was not what was sent from China. The child's dress, dark colors with a sea turtles pattern was correct. But a garish pink shirt with a cockatoo bird on it, rather than the matching turtle shirt was sent. This was not what we ordered! Now I have to figure out how to return a shirt that came from the Peoples Republic of China! What a farce, we thought we were supporting Pacific Islanders.

We’re really sorry you received the wrong shirt — that’s definitely not what you ordered, and we understand your frustration. The correct adult shirt with the sea turtle design will be resent to you right away, free of charge. No need to return the incorrect shirt. Please check your email for the confirmation and tracking details. Thanks for your patience and support - we truly appreciate it. Polynesian Pride Support Team
