I liked the way the Polygence research program is structured. Students have the option to meet with some of the mentors who can help provide valuable guidance in selecting a research field and narrow down the topic. Moreover, the program offers flexibility and works around students' schedules. Whenever we reached out to polygence regarding any concerns, they were all ears and prompt in addressing those. Students also have a say regarding who they want to work with. My daughter's mentor's easy availability, breadth of knowledge and helpful guidance was instrumental in successful completion of the project. I truly appreciate their commitment to the shared goal.

It exceeded my expectations and was an amazing experience. I got to use my voice and incorporate everything I wanted into my paper. There are a lot of knowledgeable mentors and the mentor match for me was spot on. The Polygence workspace is also very organized. There are also a lot of great publication options.

I am giving a 5 rating because Polygence was proactive when there were issues with the mentor. We had a great experience with my older daughter’s mentor few years ago. However, I was not quite happy with my younger daughter’s mentor. She rescheduled several times … almost every time was last minute . However, at the end she is happy with her research paper. I am proud of her hard work.

My mentor was incredible. She laid out the steps perfectly, was compassionate, and offered so much insight on what her career as a psychologist entails since I also want to be a psychologist one day!
