Scam exchange delisted my coins and disabled the wallet now I can get my coins almost 5k is gone for nothing..

During the recent Crypto market crash April 19th 2021, Poloni dex disabled selling, swapping and withdrawing Crypto from Polonidex wallet exchange.This is a nightmare. All you can do is watch your money disappear. As of now they are holding my Cryptocurrency hostage while it loses value. They waited until the market crash to do this. To add on to this review from hours ago now I don't even see my Crypto funds. They ignored my emails.

This is a scam exchange, becareful does not use this website.

Extremely high fees. Do NOT use it

if you have crypto and want to trade it. use another platform. poloniex used to be good but now no. they block my crypto for months and telling oh we have problem in wallet. they literally steal my crypto not recommend at all

They hide coin Withdrawal Fees and don't show in website and app, because withdrawal fees are too much.

So for a few years all was fine, I'll give them that. However, I intercepted an attempt by a bad actor to access my account. I followed all the instructions, opened new account , went through a rigorous I.D . process sent photo of me holding up a sign asking them to transfer my funds to my new account as instructed. I was told at the end of this process it would take 2 -4 weeks to process and transfer my funds to new account . It is now almost 6 weeks on and nothing . Ignoring my emails . About 6K out of pocket and being ignored. After reading reviews here I think its time to shut these guys down. Rating wise I Would give five red flags if I had the option but looks like I have to offer up a star to submit the review. Of course if Poloniex does the right thing, and restores my assets I will commend them for itand edit this review to reflect that. Until then I will steer people away from this platform.

Worst Exchange ever. They just delist (steal) your crypto, so you can't access your coins anymore. Helpdesk is totally non supportive. Just lost 2.000 euro's worth of crypto to them. DONT USE POLONIEX, THEY STEAL YOUR CRYPTO!!!
