1 year ago I was Poloniex client and that was awful times. I have not seen a more terrible support.. they are the worst. After they were bought back, this platform died completely.

I have used Poloniex for 4 years and never had any bad experience, but since 2017 this service is being awful. The biggest issue with Poloniex is that they randomly freeze your account asking for verifications - with no previous notice. They did this at least 3 times over the last year with me. Each time, they take weeks, months to analyze the documents. So, BE AWARE about this company. I'm moving all my assets to other brokers until they fix their own issues.

Not a good crypto exchange

Lot's of issues with withdrawals and deposits. I deposited $2000 there and my funds ended up frozen for 3 months until the support finally replied and I got a partial refund. The platform used to be good but not anymore, it's horrible. Not to mention that the platform is extremely slow.

The exchange is basically good an reliable. But the lack of support is something that really nerves me. And this is the point, at which an exchange shows it's true quality. If you have a problem on Poloniex, you stuck with it. There is no one that helps you, because the support will never respond.

I have initiated two separate GAS deposits 5 days ago. Even though he blockchain confirms the transactions as completed, both deposits failed to show up on Poloniex even after 30min has passed. Then I have opened up a ticket (742251). Meanwhile the wallet error message on their website has vanished, but my deposits have not returned. Neither have they even bothered to reply for 5 days. Just says being processed. Poloniex is letting me down. If they don't improve their customer service, AVOID THIS EXCHANGE, it works but with problems. And when problems arise, you are at Poloniex's inadequate support and very limited mercy. What a shame, I honestly believed we would have a good relationship, and was recommending it to everyone around me. Not anymore.
