Sudden mandatory identity verification has locked me out. The app keeps rejecting my perfectly valid national ID likely because it's not written in English and support is just mocking me by copy-pasting generic scripts. I kept my funds there for the 10% USDT APY but now my entire livelihood is under threat due to this blatant theft. I'm really happy that I can withdraw my money from # trade Governance#whenever I want. Every time I request a payout here, the transfer goes through in minutes without stress.

Extremely disappointed with Poloniex. Their KYC verification process took an absurd 8 days just to clear basic documents. For a crypto platform operating in a fast-paced market, a 8-day delay for simple verification is unacceptable. It clearly shows that Poloniex doesn't even trust their own automated verification systems and relies on sluggish manual reviews that waste users' time. If an exchange cannot efficiently handle user verification, how can traders trust them with timely deposits, withdrawals, and executions? Very poor customer support and overall service. Definitely would not recommend.

Poloniex is a scam. I’ve been with them since 2017 and now they just refuse to refund my crypto to my account. I’ve been sending videos of the refund for weeks now, they stated i used the wrong network to avoid refunding, which is simply not true - i sent videos, screenshots, everything as per their request. However, they insist with bs reasons for stealing my funds. And there’s nothing i can do about it.

I have been using Poloniex for about a year. Initially everything worked well. The problems started when Poloniex introduced mandatory KYC verification for withdrawals. The verification process itself became extremely frustrating because Poloniex required the mobile app, but the iOS app was unavailable in my App Store region. After numerous emails, generic replies, VPN testing, and borrowing an Android phone, I finally managed to complete KYC. Unfortunately, completing KYC did not solve anything. Now every single withdrawal is placed under manual review for several hours. The withdrawals are always to my own wallet, and previous withdrawals to the same address have already been approved successfully. Eventually the withdrawals are approved, but only after long delays, and often shortly after I contact support. The real issue is that Poloniex refuses to explain why this keeps happening. I have repeatedly asked: Why is every withdrawal reviewed? What exactly is being reviewed? Why does this happen despite completed KYC? Why does it continue even after previous withdrawals to the same wallet have been approved? Can this recurring issue be permanently resolved? None of these questions have been answered. Instead, I receive template responses that simply repeat standard security information or tell me the withdrawal has been completed. I understand and support reasonable security measures. However, if every withdrawal is going to be manually reviewed indefinitely—even after identity verification and successful previous withdrawals—customers deserve a clear explanation and a permanent solution. At the moment I have very little confidence that I will be able to access my assets without repeated delays and having to contact support every time. The biggest disappointment has not been the security checks themselves, but the lack of meaningful communication and the apparent unwillingness to investigate and resolve the underlying issue. Based on my experience, I strongly discourage others from using Poloniex!

I am waiting for withdrawal to happen for 3 days now... Nothing fancy, pretty small withdrawal between 1K and 10K USDT. The ticket is #202607070057014161052179, but all support says is "please wait more". Account is not new, maybe 8 years old... Advanced KYC... I know they will reply something like: "Thank you for your patience. We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand your frustration. Please be assured that we are actively following up on your case and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible." But it just goes nowhere. Good exchange it was. But no more. One star then. The only thing left is to hope they will let me my crypto savings back. Or will they? Or maybe it is just a scammer exit? There is no agency to ask to protect you, I am alone in this. Avoid it. Never try it. Tell everyone you know to avoid it, close the account and never come back. It discredited itself. Poloniex is owned by Justin Sun, but it only makes Tron look scammy too. Maybe Tron can do exit-scam too? Who knows? Greedy Justin. He is always looking into other peoples pockets. He belongs to jail, thats why he is hiding. Never deal with this guy. He does not have honor, only greed and lies. Should I file police report? Maybe contact Interpol? Is it worth it? Will they help to return my crypto back? How about closing the account? Or in this case they will just take my humble savings and block me? This problem is making me to loose all hope in crypto. It is devastating. The world is becoming too complex. Poloniex makes it only worse. It needs to cease operations. Stop fooling people. UPDATE: After 25 days of "actively following up on your case" Poloniex finally withdrew the amount. Never again. Avoid.

After years of use with no issues, many transactions, and probably a few thousand dollars transferred, the platform decided to enforce ID verification without a warning. Now almost a year of my earnings are stuck on my account as the Poloniex app refuses to accept my perfectly valid national ID. I suspect it's because it's not in English, but you never know. The support team has been almost mocking me with its generic messages copied and pasted more than once. The only reason I kept anything on Poloniex to begin with is that it has a 10% APY program for USDT, but what is that worth now that my whole livelihood is under threat because of what can also be described as blatant theft on their part?

i have holding fund since years, 2FA not working, Because of poloniex update, I have same 2fa same phone, Do not approve Video and 2fa request.
