Concerns about how they promote their services
In my experience, Polimity's way of promoting their GDPR services raises concerns. I've noticed what appear to be coordinated 1 star reviews linked to people around their organization, which gives the impression that reviews are being used as a tactic rather than reflecting genuine customer experiences. To me, this feels unprofessional and damaging to other businesses. I believe it would be better if they focused on improving their services and building trust through quality and reliability, instead of relying on methods that create a negative business environment.
