Ich habe bei Poliglu den Enence Instant Translator + 3 Jahre Garantie + Poliglu Upgrate Battery am 28.06.2024 bestellt. Die Bestellung kam am 15.07.2024. Nach dem ich mir den App installiert habe (über ein App war in der Werbung gar nichts) um das Gerät zu testen, stellte ich fest, dass die Übersetzung ganz miserable ist. Leider erst dann habe ich nach Rezessionen geschaut und ähnliche Erfahrungen gesehen. Diesen Kauf habe ich als weggeworfenes Geld empfunden und da die Rücksendung auch wieder zu meinen Lasten gehen soll, habe ich auf die Rücksendung verzichtet. Diesen Gerät würde ich niemandem empfehlen. Nach dem Poliglu Team meine Bewertung am 25.07.2024 gelesen hat, kontaktierte mich per Email die Leiterin der Kundenbetreuung, Frau Joan Torres und bot mir eine Rückerstattung für das schlechte Enence Instant Translator Gerät und die zusätzliche Kosten für 3 Jahre Garantie, wie auch für den Poliglu Battery Upgrade. Ich habe heute am 29.07.2024 insgesamt 102.00 CHF von Poliglu rückerstatet bekommen. Damit ich keine zusätzliche Kosten für die Rücksendung tragen muss, hat mir Poliglu dieses Gerät überlassen. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht von Poliglu Reaktion auf mein Anliegen und dankbar, dass die Firma sich bemüht hat mir auf diesen Art entgegen zu kommen. Poliglu Kundenservice hat sich sogar 5 Sterne verdient. Ich habe jedoch nur 4 Sterne zu vergeben, weil das Gerät von Enence ist trotzdem ganz schlechter Qualität.

I thought that the whole translator is in the device they send. But the translation work is done on your phone and internet. The app has the ability to work without the handheld device which is nice.
