Spoke with Gigi on Thursday, November 9th concerning my order number SC6227584 which I couldn’t get my Poliglu to speak it only translates. I placed this order on October 24th. Gigi tried to get the unit to work but was unable to. So she said that she would send an email to your technical department and that I would have an answer by today (November 12th). Thank you for your assistance regarding my problem. Wayne Ruggiero
