Tried product right out of box. Worked as advertised. Some problems with low volume. Also instruction booklet has issues. 1) not informative, 2) no cleaning or storage instructions 3) print is too small. Would be better if you had more detailed booklet that was downloadable in my preferred language

I can't set up device. Downloaded App but using A and B buttons I get no response on device. Edit: I have downloaded the Enence App as per instruction booklet. I have also downloaded and connected Poliglu App via barcode. All my calls etc now come through the Poliglu device - I have set up language in device and tried using device in its own but it does not respond to my input. I have sent through my details and order # as requested. Edit: 9 March 2022 I received a call from Poliglu today to assist me with setting up my Poliglu device. After a couple of tries, the lady was able to identify the problem and got the device working. She was extremely professional - patient and polite. I'm very happy with the device and the after sale support. I'm looking forward to using my Poliglu on vacation later this year and I am also going to use it to brush up on my Spanish😊
