That Tool is very Bad
That Tool is very Bad, that i need my Phone to work. When i am im Holiday i have no Internet, Rooming, so it dont work! And it is very slow to translate!

I bought 3 items getting ready to…
I bought 3 items getting ready to travel. My mom past away and we canceled the trip. I asked to return the items as it was still within time allowed to return for a refund. They started to communicate as normal but after 2 responses completely stopped responding. I was checking my junk and every other folder - nothing from them. They behave as Con people. Nice when talking but don’t expect to receive a refund as they originally promised. Conclusion: they are scam so unless you want to loose your hard earned money don’t buy! Additional information: Kimberly replied twice after original request to return and she asked same questions you are asking me now again. She said she will be back to provide a return address which never materialised. Now in your response to my feedback you asking same questions so I don’t have high hopes… I am publishing the requested information so it’s obvious seller already can see it: Order number: #nk2opa Invoice number #6320613 They don’t allow email addresses here but You can find my email just by checking my order number. Also I emailed it to you 24 times now.

Beware Total Waste Of Money
Very disappointed in the translator I should have red these reviews first, total waste of time and money. The company that make this must be aware of the volume issues as they are expressed here not only by me. The volume is too low even when both the phone and translator are set to maximum. You would need to be in total silence to be able to hear anything. I will not bother returning this as I doubt very much if I would get my money back, total scam. BEWARE do not purchase this product it is a total waste of time. One day later and due to this review I received an email from the supplier reference returning the item but at my own cost. Having checked the charge to return plus the chances of not getting any of my money back I have no intention of making two mistakes on the same order. I am not the only person to point out the lack of any perceptive volume on this so called translator. Unless you want to totally waste your money or have cash that you would line to throw away be warned do not purchase this product it simply does not work.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ This company is con artists, I decide to return this translator because it have to be connected to internet and smart phone and I’m not satisfied with this bs product. They have 30 days satisfaction guarantee Now I have to send this to Lithuania from Canada and pay for return. Be Aware.

I have only just received x2 of this…
I have only just received x2 of this device and have set one of them up however, the volume output on the device is too low even though the phone is on maximum volume and so is the translator. If this issue cannot be rectified I will be returning both devices and requiring a full refund.

The sound output is useless
The sound output is so low that it can only be heard where there is almost total silence around. In a shop or outside where there is surrounding noise it can not be heard unless passed between, and almost ear to the device, by each person in the conversation. Sound output is far to low and does not turn up sufficiently. Very disappointing. Not worth having the Poliglu translator. Doesn’t do what it should do as shown.

My recent contact with this company was them asking me to return the product .I’m assuming at my expense Then they will give me a special deal to compensate the their mistake Every attempt I made to email my response to them was met with INVALID EMAIL Not surprised from the very first contact I’ve had with POLIGLU has been very suspicious

The product I received is faulty cannot…
The product I received is faulty cannot hear translation even on full volume keep sending emails and they don’t reply total waste of money website crashes if you want to return it don’t believe some of these reviews customer service is terrible they just ignore any complaints charge you 15%of product and you have to pay shipping fees to send it back if you can contact them when there all 5star reviews it’s a scam please save your money
