If I could give it 0 stars I would. I asked if it could work on anything but APPLE phones. They said yes. It didn't. I asked for my money back and the return. They never answered. So I wrote to paypal, who denied the claim. I asked the company to honor their 30 day return policy as I asked for mine in 18 days and they said they are waiting for Paypal. What a scam, they know they cancelled the claim and will not give me a refund for this paperweight (what I call it now because its useless) SAVE YOUR MONEY. Comical is the fact after dozens of emails to this company and the fact I told them I was going to tell everyone what they did. So here you go again: Order # #re1k01 They asked for my email and Trustpilot doesn't allow so use the order#. Purchased product and warranty totaling $105 USD. Now I'm being told this company is in a foreign country that cost a person to send back to them more than it cost to purchase it. And no way to turn them into the BBB.

I ordered the product before Christmas as a present for my son and my translator has been out for delivery since 19th December. Extremely disappointing and now having read the reviews, and the fact it needs Bluetooth to work I will be asking for a full refund. Update 3rd January. Poliglu I have sent numerous emails chasing my order and I get a standard reply saying it has been dispatched. This is very poor customer service. Please can you arrange a refund immediately. Update 18/01/23 I received the same generic reply on this post from Poliglu asking for my order information which I have repeatedly provided. Please advise me when I will receive my refund.

I bought this product on the assumption that it was a stand alone instrument only to find that it has to be connected to the bluetooth on your phone in order to work. My Google translator on my phone works better than this. There are places I go that I do not have internet service and that is why I bought it. It is indeed a scam product. Now I find I have to ship the product back to Europe in order to get a refund. It costs more to ship it than it cost originally. Not a good product and a worse scam in letting people think it is a stand alone product without telling them the facts. A SCAM to be sure.

I wanted to order one unit to see how it worked. When I got to the page that said “place order”, the page showed an order for five units, and a cost of $265! I did not press the “place order” button, and tried to go back, or find a way to correct the order. This could not be done. I called customer service immediately and told them to cancel my order since it was incorrect. The foreign person I talked to said the order was already sent to the warehouse and couldn’t be cancelled. I found this hard to believe, but when I checked my credit card account, the charge had already gone through. The representative said I would be assigned someone to deal with my issue, but I have not seen anything yet. If I ever receive this order, I am sure the company will not pay for return postage, even though I told them to cancel the order, and not send it. It may be too early to say that this company is crooked, but so far everything that has happened points in that direction. I have no idea if this product does what they claim, but the way they operate their business is completely different than what we would expect from a US company! Be aware! As an update to the above, I received the five units on 12/12/22. After an hour trying get Customer Service to answer the phone, I got a return authorization. I mailed the units back ( to Lithuania) at a cost of $45.14. The agent I had talked to did not offer to pay for the return even though the whole problem was the fault of a very poor, if not crooked, ordering system. If you have a problem with this company, don’t even bother to try and get through to Customer Service. It is staffed by a service with foreign agents who are very pleasant, but with little, or no, authority to help with anything. Don’t try to email them either. I tried at least six times only to push the “Send” button, but get no feedback as to whether it was ever sent. So far the only way I have ever gotten a response is by posting on this website! Maybe they will get back to me saying they are sorry, and will pay for my shipping costs. I’m holding my breath!!
