I bought a translator and they sent me 4. It was impossible to talk to anyone about this mistake. I was then directed to send the three back to a place in Lithuania at my own expense $65 even though it is sent from NJ. Get this they sent me soap sheets I didn't order so I sent those back with the three translators I didn't order, now my order is caught up in customs for the last three weeks no doubt because of those soap sheets. I am sure if they ever get there I will be denied a refund due to their 30 day return policy. I am beyond livid. Just know there is zero customer service and it is impossible to return. Do not buy this product there are better ones out there and you don't risk giving these con artists your credit card number.

This company is in the UK I am in Canada to return it cost $59 and it definitely is not something I want as you need an app with it and carry your phone around with you so you might as well just get an app to do the same thing on your phone. You have to pay a yearly service for the app. That was not divulged before I purchased.

Den nächsten Tag wieder den Kundenservice angerufen, wir schicken Ihnen ein Link mit der Problembehandlung ( ich schilderte das ganze Problem vorher am Telefon ) Was habe ich erhalten ? Links wie ich mein Problem lösen könnte, diese Probleme habe ich schon vorher geschildert, und bereits eigenständig durchgeführt ,keiner hört aktiv zu ! Am nächsten Tag nochmals angerufen. Wir stellen Ihnen ein Label aus und sie können die Ware zurück schicken. 21 Euro Portokosten die ich Zahlen muss für nichts außer Ärger meinerseits ! Ich kann nur sagen Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen !!! Geantwortet hat der Kundenservice schnell, aber mit Kundenservice hat es nichts zu tun !!! Unverschämtheit das dieses Unternehmen die Rücksendekosten dem Kunden überlässt! Ich werde keinen Anwalt einschalten,aber nie gut über dieses Unternehmen berichten. I am a 76 year old pensioner and I recently purchased a Poliglu language translator because I enjoy learning other languages and I thought this would be useful. However I received my Poliglu translator yesterday and after successfully downloading the app to my Samsung phone and receiving a verbal message from the Poliglu to say that it was paired with my phone it would not progress beyond the scanning for devices screen on my phone, therefore I cannot start up the Poliglu to be able to use it. I informed Poliglu customer services about this but have not yet received a reply apart from an automated one which informs you that you may have to wait some time because they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries at the moment, which would suggest that they have numerous problems with their product. I would have thought if there are problems that they would have technical staff available to deal with the problems quickly or even a chat facility where you can ask for advice, but that does not exist. So the truth is I have bought a product that I cannot use and I have no idea when they are likely to contact me, fortunately I paid for it using PayPal so I can at least raise the matter through their resolution centre and ask for a refund which will probably be my only option in the end. My advice to anybody thinking of buying one of these units is that it may not work and there isn't much support if doesn't, don't waste your money.

Bought two. Connected to telephone but the app can't connect to either of them (scanning for devices). The translators answer telephone calls and take over from my earpiece! When I re-instate my earpiece and then shut off the translator it shuts off my earpiece! Forgot to shut it off and missed a load of message notises as my telephone didn't sound but the translator had apparently been sounding in another room! Now they want me to send both translators back to them at my own expense (€45 from Sweden) and wait weeks for them to sort it out. These "translators" are just a poor quality loudspeaker and microphone. My telephone and the App are what do the work. I can see already that even if I do get the app to work that I've just wasted €120 on a frustrating piece of equipment that I won't be using much. The app doesn't work on a Sumsung 21 or a Samsung 23. The app will work on an Iphone 13 but only the microphone, not the speaker. After a little discussion Poliglu have returned my payment in full so I have no complaints - but so much time wasted on this! Why not make sure the app works on all telephones and then sell the translator?

I ordered 2 of the units and an extended warranty, I used Klarna as my payment method. Enence.com which is the payment recipient company sent out the order but it was left outside my house as I was not at home. I didn’t receive the order yet this company is doing nothing to help me to resolve this so I’m out of pocket with no devices. The order was placed in November and Klarna are expecting their money in days and if I don’t pay them back I could end up with legal action against me. Enence have not try calling me or anything. Since writing this review I have received a full refund and the company were very apologetic and even sent me out a free gift, I haven’t received it yet but I’m hopeful it will arrive. So the staff member who called me repeatedly to keep me updated was very helpful and courteous. This company just needs to partner up with a more efficient and reliable company to deliver their orders.

j'ai acheté le translator Poliglu commandé le 17/12 /2023 livré le 28/12/2023 ,après l'instalation l'appareil ne fonctionne pas il se connecte en wifi mais bloque sur la page scanning for devices et ne va pas plus loin pas d'option de langues pour les traductions j'ai contacté le support poliglu au début il y avait réponse pour expliquer comment procéder (j'avais bien compris la procédure ) j'ai envoyé une vidéo de mon installation de l'appareil j'ai demandé un échange ou de remboursement et maintenant plus aucune nouvelle le support ne répond plus .Je pense que ce site se soucie très peu de leur client et j'associe cela à une arnaque de plus sur le net j'ai mis une étoile on ne peut pas mettre zéro je suis prêt à revoir ma note et mon avis si le site me recontacte et accède au remboursement de mon achat qui est défectueux

This company is very corrupt. We ordered one unit and were shipped four. Then the software to download also cost almost $100. We are attempting to return the items, but they are in Lithuania. So, the shipping is more than double what I should have been charged for one unit. We will fight them through the credit card. DO NOT EVERY TRUST THIS COMPANY.
