The product works: I guarantee it. I ordered just because I wanted to try it... and see it fail like it has with other products. I am absolutely happy with it.

I bought the Real-Time-Translator, I received it, and it was extremely well presented and packed. I tried on several occasions to pair it with my Google Pixel 6 Pro without success. I contacted support and after troubleshooting a few times they couldn't get it to work. I am giving a five star review because they gave me a full refund and were extremely helpful in trying to solve the problem.

I should like to revise my last review. After leaving a very negative review I was contacted by Poliglu customer service ( a very nice lady) who said after reading my review on Trust Pilot she would like to see what she could do. A refund has been sent along with them not wanting me to return the translator, they instead are sending me another gift a a compensation. Just shows the power of complaint on TP but thank you to them for their response. And again thanks to the very nice lady from customer service.
