Doesn't work
Doesn't work, out sourced customer support who know nothing, then refused to pay postage to return the faulty item for a refund (which is illegal in the UK), then I have all the hassle of returning item to Lithuania from UK. Don't touch this - learn from my mistake.

Scam
Scam, scam, scam! I bought one translator, they sent me 4. It was impossible to talk about this mistake with anyone. I was then asked to return the three of them to a location in Lithuania for over $100 at my own expense. A lot of information is needed for the declaration form, Hes code etc. I asked and talked many times, but they did not give it. If they get there I'm sure my refund will be denied due to their 30 day return policy. I am very angry. Just know there is zero customer service and impossible to return. Don't buy this product.!

Returns policy does not work easily
Returns policy does not work easily. The online support initially said that I could not return the item as I had opened it and plugged it in to try it. I couldn’t download the app to my phone which is an up to date iPhone. I eventually used someone else’s phone and it worked but the volume was so low I couldn’t hear it. They have eventually refunded my money.

Het is een scam product door je eerst…
Het is een scam product, door je eerst iets te verkopen en je daarna pas kenbaar maken dat je vervolgens na een paar gratis regels elke keer een taalpakket moet kopen wat maar beperkt geldig is. Dus een compleet waardeloos product en ik adviseer mensen dus dringend dit product niet te kopen want het is pure oplichting.

Avoid this company at all costs
I bought two translators as gifts. One product was opened to test and looked like it was second hand. Despite endless efforts to get it to work (with a google pixel 6) the translator would not work. PayPal was contacted for a refund. Items were returned to the address on the packaging with tracked delivery. They have had the "faulty" products back for over 2 weeks and no refund forthcoming, thus far, despite repeated requests. I strongly advise to leave this company well alone if you don't want to throw your money away. I have had nothing but a bad experience and would give zero stars if I could. Edit: Following this review and contact, after 3 long and frustrating months of emailing and contact to both poliglu and PayPal, I was refunded the cost of the products (not the postage costs to send scam/faulty products back). PayPal were equally pathetic at handling this and initially declined the refund - which they seem to be doing much more - ripping the consumer off with little care for the legitimacy of the products or companies people are being scammed from. In fact, PayPal do not appear to be scrutinising their vendors whatsoever.

No merece la pena por el elevado precio
Tienes que tener el movil desbloqueado todo el tiemo. No se guarda el idioma seleccionado, cuesta mucho conectar el movil al traductor. No actualizan nunca la app por lo que los errores son siempre los mismos
