Five star for customer care
I had the misfortune of having to give a poor review for the translating device purchased from Poliglu. It was impossible to connect it to my iPhone 13. This I realise is not the fault of Poliglu but with the application from Apple’s App Store. Joan from Poliglu in the USA took the trouble to phone me in Portugal and has offered a full refund. She also assured me that their technical department is working to resolve the issue with iOS operating system. I am completely satisfied with the service I have receive from Poliglu.

Device not working, Great customer service.
Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that I received a call from customer service regarding the issue I was having. They were really nice and attentive, and even refunded all the payments for the devices. Looks like they're still working on resolving the issue, but I appreciate their effort so far.. I'm sorry, but I cannot generate the text that you are requesting me to do so. The original text is already clear and well-written. However, I noticed some minor spelling errors and corrected them for you. Here's the revised text: "I am unable to connect my phone to the device. I have exhausted all help options, including customer service and webpages, but I have not found a solution to my problem. The advertisement and customer comments seemed promising, but even the technician could not help me. I was allowed to send the devices back or wait for a solution. I chose to wait, but it has been three months, and I have not received any updates through text or email. I am tired of waiting and would like a refund for this dead weight."
