A fantastic device 💪 I think the device is a really good tool... However, I have a BIG WISH!!! It should be so that when the device is switched on it automatically connects to my smartphone with the last used languages ... The mobile phone should not have to be taken out of the pocket to connect ... I have a SAPHE traffic alarm that connects automatically when I sit down in the car and driving ... Thus this smart POLIGLU should work optimally ..

Well, Poliglu is making an effort to resolve my dissatisfaction. I should also mention that the construction of the product is very good. It is metal not plastic and has a good feel in one's hand. But, be aware that the normal 30-day return period starts when you order (not when you receive it) and the return address is in Lithuania! One should also consider the cost of shipping the item (<6 oz) back to Lithuania if a return is necessary. The ads don't clearly indicate that you have to use your cell phone to use the device. It does not connect automatically (being worked on by IT now), you have to select languages everytime you start the app and if the cell phone screen goes to sleep it won't work. Changing languages is not done on the device but on your cell phone. Also, using an iPhone the volume is not acceptable (but they're working on it now, also). I believe it can also be ordered through Amazon Prime which might make any return more convenient.

Product works to my satisfaction. I cannot understand the negative reviews. Maybe people watch too much "star trek" expecting a universal translator!
