While cutting the packaging open I…
While cutting the packaging open I accidentally severed the charge cord for my Dover rechargeable flashlight. I emailed Police Security customer service about a replacement and got a reply within minutes with very good news. They agreed to replace it this one time free of charge. Now that’s what I call stellar customer service. Few companies put the customer first anymore. Police Security is a top notch company. In fact I ordered another non rechargeable type immediately after resolving my issue. THANK YOU Stacy and Police security! You’re the best!!
