Quick processing and all good except the transport method. Using FedEx SmartPost is a killer. It's been 6 days since you shipped and the package (going from FL to NY) is nowhere in sight based on the tracking information. For the extra $2 it would have cost me for regular shipping, I would have done that. I strongly suggest you don't offer this method anymore.
