Never recieved shipment. No updates and no follow up from Point Supplies. Where is my package?

Not good. I ordered a Traxmount Strap Mount for my new FishTrax HawkEye. This product is advertised to be designed specifically for the HawkEye Fish Finder. I received the product quickly, however the male to male pivot connector in the unit I was sent does not fit the HawkEye Transducer. Even worse it doesn't even fit the mount it was sent with! I tried to call the company with the phone number provided on the website but nobody answers. I sent an email to their support and am waiting for a response. As is I cannot use the product as advertised. So far not good at all.

Pay for 2 days shipping and receive it 1 week later... they wouldn’t give me my money back for the fast shipping and just told me I have to wait.

An item shouldn't show as stock, take your money in full and then tell you that it isn't in stock

It was supposed to fit a Garmin Foreman 10, and it does not.

Product said it was in stock. Ordered received confirmation email then got an email stating that they cancelled my order due to low stock. No communication beyond that. I see the response from them and am adding this edit; I would still say it was poor communication with no customer service apologizing or making another suggestion etc.

As far as the customer service placing the order it's a 5 STAR organizantion... HOWEVER.... I have sent emails and left phone messages about getting a copy of what my credit card was charged for this order... I haven't heard anything back from the rep Anwar that took my order or any help from anyone who answers the phone calls. I just need an invoice to turn into my accounting department...Not an acknowledgment or a packing slip... I need some that says invoice as the heading. PLEASE...?? Update!! They came through with the invoices!! All is good I'd strongly suggest working with these folks... I'll sure order from them again!
