Talk about going full circle... I'm writing a review about a platform that's helped me respond to reviews. 😄 Podium has made managing customer feedback so much easier. The interface is intuitive, responding to reviews is quick, and having everything in one place saves a ton of time. It's become an essential part of our customer experience strategy and helps us stay engaged with our customers consistently. If your business relies on online reviews (and whose doesn't?), Podium is absolutely worth it.

Love Podium! Fabulous retail tool for both store and customer. Makes interaction with our customers a breeze. Pre-set scripts make scheduling and reminders a breeze. Great tool for requesting reviews. Don’t know how we managed without it! Julie Bedroom Express

One of the best investments we've made for our business has been implementing Podium. It has completely changed the way we communicate with our customers by making it easier to text, request reviews, collect payments, and follow up on leads—all from one place. Our response times have improved, we've built a stronger online reputation, and the overall customer experience has become much more seamless. If you're looking for a simple way to improve communication and grow your business, I highly recommend giving Podium a try. It's been a game-changer for us.

We've had a great experience with Podium. The system works extremely well and has made it much easier for our team to manage incoming calls. Since the calls can be answered by whichever sales team member is working that day, our customers receive faster responses and we don't have to worry about missed calls. It's been a reliable, user-friendly solution that has improved our customer service. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses looking for a flexible phone system.

We've been using Podium since 2017, and it has become an essential part of our customer communication process. Over the years, the platform has continued to improve, and the recent AI-powered features have made a significant difference in how we manage customer interactions. The AI conversation summaries are especially helpful, allowing our team to quickly understand customer inquiries, calls, and message history without having to review every detail. This saves time and helps us respond more efficiently. One of the features we appreciate most is the ability to manage office and after-hours communication. Automated welcome messages, instant replies, and voicemail options ensure that customers always receive a response, even when our office is closed. The mobile app also makes it easy to stay connected and manage conversations from anywhere. Podium continues to add new features and innovations that help businesses improve customer engagement and streamline communication. After many years of use, we can confidently say it has been a reliable and valuable platform for our team.

I have been using Podium for years now and love their product. We first signed up for the reviews and now use way more like the phones and payments. Podium is a great product and helps my business be better and communicate better with our customers. I highly recommend it.
