Podium changed our business years ago by automating our review process. We struggled to get online reviews from customers and they provide a system that makes it happen automatically and is easy for customers to use. Bill Dodge Auto Group is a customer for life. ~Emily Bain, Marketing Director

This system has truly changed the way I run my business! As the owner of an independent used car dealership, I'm responsible for everything. Having a system that lets me stay mobile has been a game changer. Whether I'm at an auction, in the service shop, or away from my desk, I can respond to customer leads and text clients quickly, so no opportunities are missed. One feature that has been especially valuable is call recording. It has helped me protect my business by providing accurate records of conversations when I needed them. That alone has saved me time, money, and unnecessary headaches. For me, this has been a true win-win. It has improved my customer service, increased my efficiency, and given me peace of mind. If you're a business owner looking for a better way to communicate with customers while staying organized and protected, I highly recommend it!
