I love how podium sends reviews for our business and has some integrations. I love that we can text now. I dont love there phone program and the lack of options you have for smaller offices as in needing a call queue. We have mentioned this in every phone call iv had with them. I also dont like that you are not easily able to change your voice recordings because they have to be a certain file type. Other services I have used had it where it called your phone you recorded and it saved as the correct file type.

Great software, great support. One star off as it’s pretty expensive and it hasn’t quite hit the mark for me in terms of centralising all my comms in one place. Still a great bit of kit that will allow out business communications to grow.

Podium is a great online forum to communicate with customers. AI answers could definitely use some work. Often time customers will ask something and AI will not directly answer the questions and kind of leaves the customer hanging. Otherwise I think its a great tool! I've been using it almost since the very beginning.

Well podium made good on all issues so I give them 4 stars for that.Overview podium offers great credit card processing their other services didn't work so well but I accept some responsibility so it was time to move on

Great software and AI system. Lacks a few feautures and take forever to get them fixed, but overall, the best in the market.

While the platform offers useful tools for customer engagement and has great technology, I found it to be quite expensive, and the credit card processing fees have increased significantly, making it harder to justify the cost of continuing to use their card readers. Their customer service is excellent, the live chat feature still generates traffic, replying to reviews is easy, and the system is very user-friendly. However, they need to improve how they handle the payment process — we used to process $3–4 million a year with them, but ultimately had to find another card reader provider. I recommend Podium if you want to increase engagement, improve customer service, and build a pipeline of prospects. They also offer multiple marketing tools, such as texting campaigns, that can be very beneficial.
