Easy and communication fast

We switched our customer communications to Podium late 2025 and it was been a game changer! No more unread emails, getting lost in peoples inboxes and much quickly response times! Could not recommend highly enough especially when you layer in the automations and AI capabiltities. Ben - Champainting

We had zero Google reviews until Podium came along and in 3 months we have over 500 Google reviews. We had a great experience - would recommend!

We have been using Podium ever since about 2021 and we love it! It has changed so much about how we can connect with our customers, get new reviews and collect payments!

It is easy to use and very user friendly. Great way for a business to communicate to it's clients!

Podium makes my current and future customers feel special and connected to the brand. What else could a business want?

We were skeptical to start with but 3 months in we are so glad we chose Podium. It greatly improved our communication with our clients and saved so many sales leads that we would have missed!

From the get go we had no trouble with set up. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation. Steph is simply 'THE BEST' - she knows Podium inside and out and has been such a fantastic help to our business, anything we throw at her she has all the answers and is such a lovely individual. We could not have come so far in this journey without her! We are confident that the future will be rewarding with everything we now have in place. Thank you!
