PodiumReviews of podium.com

They don’t really do anything for your business except for charging you. I was sold on the idea they were going to help me increase my google reviews and no contract I even had my wife talk to sales men to here no contract cancel any time bull. I’ve been trying to cancel they have been given the the runaround and saying my contract doesn’t expire until 8/2023

This place has the worst customer service, communication, and management I have ever seen. My fiance' has a business and decided to try these guys, they never set her up with the onboarding, never did anything to confirm she even signed up and now charges her over $900.00 a month for a service she doesnt have or use. One person says they will fix it and remove her from billing etc.. then a month later she has to do it all over again. Hearing her on the phone with these clowns drove me to get on here and let everyone know what to expect, its all about a quick sale for them and no service. Their service blocks bad reviews to help get good reviews so you will never see any bad reviews on their sites. You have to look at 3rd parties to see the truth about this company. She is actually on the phone right now with someone yelling at her, ridiculous and avoid at all costs. There are reputable companies out there for less money. All of the good reviews on here are for the wrong company LOL.

This company is a scam, period! If ever contacted by them , run, do not respond or take any of what the SUPPOSEDLY offer. They pulled a bait and switch on me. Trying to Selling a web chat, text reviews , google reviews and more. I said no to all but a supposed app to download to my phone to send a link to customers to leave me google reviews. Contacted by email the next day by the "onboarding" person , saying they needed access to all kinds of backend of my website to add code etc. Which i had told the sales person "brock" I did not agree to. Straightened it out , so I thought, only to get another email from the "onboarding" person saying the same thing AGAIN ! AND, an email from "maddies cell" trying to "up sell" me more crap!!!!! They are nothing but scammers screwing over hard working business people ! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I received a message on my phone concerning filling out a survey on my doctor who I saw yesterday. I haven't got a clue on how to do that even though I put in the correct website the message had. This looks like a perfect waste of money and you need to do a better job in directing people where to enter reviews. Rediculous!

I can't get anyone from the Company to address my requests. I have been trying to get a contact card revision for two weeks with no response other than to say it can't be done in their system.

They are the worst thing you can joint. They would hurt your business, and they would keep charging you monthly...

We have submitted the cancellation request but the team forced me to notice 30 days in advance and thus we need to pay nearly 2 more monthly bills to be able to stop using your service (we submitted the request in first few days of the month). So be careful with your signature and don't be wasteful with their service. And Daniel Korman, the customer success manager, is unprofessional too, he didn't cancelled the subscription as his confirmation, we have just being charged even after that time. I will do everything to get that money back.

After signing up for Podium services on a month by month basis, my company decided to cancel their services. Their service produced zero results for us, but that's not my issue. On 5/3/2022 I emailed Podium and gave them an official 30 day written notice of cancellation (as required). That same day I received a response from their product support specialist Claire Dickel confirming that my last billing date would be 5/31/2022 (case #00212884). After receiving what was to be our last bill, I emailed Claire again on 6/3/2022 asking again for confirmation that the 5/31/2022 bill was the last one, which she confirmed. On 6/28/2022 my company received yet another charge from Podium. Again I emailed Podium customer support reminding them of our cancellation and providing them with the case number, asking again for our account to be canceled and for a refund in the amount of $648.31. That same day I received an email response from Diego Segura, another product support specialist, confirming that they have canceled and archived our account. On 7/31/2022 I received yet another charge on my credit card in the amount of $648.31 and have emailed again, thus far with no response. Called again on 8/2/22 and spoke with Jordan. Apparently they have to "put in a request" for management to call me, which I asked him to do, but I'm not expecting that call back. BBB complaint filed, but with their D- rating for not responding to complaints I expect no satisfaction there either. Researching a legal remedy for this.
