Relentless spammer. I can't imagine anyone being impressed or wanting to do this to their customers. There's no way I'd want this.

Our encounter with Podium has been profoundly disheartening. Over the past three months, our business operations have been heavily dependent on their platform. Regrettably, Podium abruptly revoked our access without warning, yet still invoiced us for their services. Despite our attempts to contact customer support, we've been unsuccessful in reaching their legal team, and our emails have remained unanswered. It's troubling to see a company with such practices maintain its position in the market. Additionally, I referred three more clients to Podium, and they assured me of a $1500 referral bonus. However, they ended up defrauding everyone and disappeared.

Do not use this service! Have tried to cancel it but they fight you. We believe that they are sending bots with phone numbers that do not exist. We ran the numbers of appointment requests and found that 92% never showed up! And when we called them to ask if they were coming into to there appointment, quess what? No answer!

Was overcharged and when challenged them they said their prices had gone up. Asked to cancel and they haven't replied, keep clear of this site. Big red flag.

You need a lawyer to cancel service with them. I highly recommend NOT giving them your banking information. I hired a lawyer and had to cancel my bank account to get them to stop stealing my money.

Company makes statements that it cannot back up. For my company, pay a lot, get little value. I would never use them again.

They trick you into signing a one-year contract & promise more reviews. They share all these incredible stories from other clients. I am now spending money for the rest of the year because they refuse to let me out of my contract. WASTE OF MONEY! If you are good with computers and phones and asking for reviews yourself, there is no reason to invest in this company! I would let this go if they just let me out of their contract. They now highlight the section explaining the year after I wanted to cancel. It would have been more professional to highlight that section before I signed!

To speed up the contract signing process, their team offered me $1,000 signing bonus gift card (long story short never received it after 3 months, asked them about it; they ghosted me) Very overpriced with mediocre at best services. AVOID if you are doing B2B. Costumer service is non existent. After being kind for a week you will never hear from them again unless they want more money out of you.
