Hands down the worst company to communicate with! My average response takes 2 or normally 3 days. The app and website is constantly clinching and full of bugs. The sales team gives you promises of growing your business and saving you time. In my case this wasn't true at all. I'd recommend going elsewhere or really doing your research before being stuck in a contract with Podium!!!

SPAMMERS! UNETHICAL! DO NOT DO BUSINESS! 1. Extremely overpriced 2. Cold calls every 3 months (i tell them to remove me from their list everytime) (they do not say who they are when calling) 3. UNETHICAL Ive told them about 15 times now to stop calling my business.

The worst scam I've come across

Invasive, Obnoxious, and Unusable: A Nightmare Messaging Platform I'm forced to use this messaging platform for work, but its invasive and obnoxious behavior has made it a constant source of frustration. Despite not being on the clock, I'm bombarded with incessant email spam and notifications, informing me that someone, somewhere, has sent a message on the platform. The lack of a simple "off" switch for these notifications is staggering. To combat this noise, I've been forced to create a separate email account solely for this platform. This allows me to separate critical personal and professional emails from the constant barrage of unnecessary notifications. It's unacceptable that I must jumping through hoops to prioritize important messages. The unsubscribe option is tied to my login credentials, holding my work access hostage. I'm stuck choosing between being spammed relentlessly and potentially losing access to my work account. The platform's designers seem to have prioritized annoyance over usability, disregarding users' boundaries and productivity. It's appalling that a platform intended to facilitate communication has become a persistent nuisance. Until significant changes are made to address these issues, I would not recommend this platform to anyone. It's time for the developers to rethink their approach and respect users' time and boundaries.

Super aggressive sales people who will not leave you alone. I have dealt with their harassment in two different dealerships I have worked for. They WILL NOT stop calling. It doesn't matter if you ask them to stop, someone else will just call. Don't give these people the time of day!

Sales staff are flat out liars. Manpreet singh rathore has not stopped calling and telling my receptionist lies like- Mat just sent me an email, I have a meeting scheduled with Mat ETC I spoke with them once after my enquiry as I was interested in what the products cost, there was no straight answer and I was no longer interested.

Constant phone calls despite being told not to call back. The company has no e-mail address to contact them. Had to get our attorney involved to stop the calls.

Purchased in February 2024 (for the 2nd time, 1st time we never got it up and running) for my small business, thought the concept was great and the bonus reviews would be wonderful. It's ALWAYS in BETA testing for Android, I never get notifications so I can't answer customers in a timely manner (which is the #1 reason I purchased the app)! I get notifications through my desktop, but I have to be at my desk for that to be helpful. The reviews never materialized, I got 3 or 4, and the plug-in stopped working through Quickbooks. After 25+ emails and conversations with multiple customer service reps I'm done. It doesn't work. I don't have time to chase them down everyday with questions and testing and screenshots. They won't cancel the subscription so I'm stuck paying until next February. Do NOT buy.
