I normally hold Podcast higher (5 stars) and my general view is they are great. But I am getting concerned they have not been able to fix the FB issue as of yet

I am getting ready to launch my first podcast and Podbean came highly recommended from my Podcast Biz Coach. The software and the customer service certainly does not disappoint. Everything has been user friendly to get set up. Today, I had a quick question about my Podcast website provided by Podbean. I was totally blown away by the quick response and easy instructions to complete what I needed. It was the next best thing to 'wiggling my nose'! So thankful to have found Podbean and I look forward to a long and happy friendship :)

Podbean provides the greatest help for any problem. I can always rely on responsive and expert assistance.

The email response upon initiating a support Ticket is vastly improved. Problem resolution is where it should be. Of course tech issues take a bit more time. Over all issue resolutions are not out of line with industry standards.

I asked about Chartable for stats, and was told that link is already there.

I joined PodBean to launch my podcast - The Keto Vegan - and have not regretted it for a moment. I am using video as well as audio and PodBean came out the highest reviewed in all the sites I looked at. I have had so many issues (I'm a complete rookie and finding my was as I go) and they have answered every one. Their responses are SO quick and so helpful. I felt like I was being a pain (I would have been irritated by me!) but they have never once made me feel like that at all. They are always so helpful, so positive and giving me solutions so quickly.
