I'm IT professional and have mostly used Sandisk and Samsung SSD Drives. Currently best buy is completely out of 2.5" SSD Drives of those brands. So I stopped by Staples store and picked up whatever was available. It was PNC CS900 1TB SSD Drive. I brought it to my customer next day and when searching for cloning software on PNY site, I was directed to download Acronis software. I downloaded and google search says that I need to register my drive to receive Acronis activation code. I register the drive and no even registration asknowledgement email sent by PNY. I register again same thing. No confirmation and no Acronis code emailed to me. So I call PNY support and they told me that Acronis comes ONLY FOR SOLD AS PACKAGE products. So don't waste your time and money if you think that PNY has free cloning software like reputable brands do (Samsung, Sandisk). Google search will also mislead you and privide you wrong information. When AI confronted on misinforming it will apologize, but will continue misinforming humans about free software availability...

in the last few months 3 x PNY 32GB Micro SD cards have failed on me. They work for a short time them go corrupt and you have to format them again. I would not buy any more of them, despite the low cost. Buy cheap, buy twice ( or 4 times now in my case) as they say.

Their tech support is rude, and will fish for any reason to deny warranty support. Be prepared to answer repeated questions about your hardware, OS, and anything related to your PC multiple times. Be prepared to photograph your hardware from multiple angles. Already tried your hardware in 2 pcs? They're going to ask you to try it in a 3rd. In the past 10 years I've purchased 3 products, 2 ram stick and a video card, and all 3 have failed within warranty. The RAM at least I got replaced, the video card I gave up on. You will not get a quick RMA. At best, you will email back and forth for a week and get your hardware returned a month or two later.
