Some Questions was repeated and study presentation was little boring
1_Some Questions was repeated, no explanation or reference given for the right answer 2_Study presentation was little boring, definition focused. The good thing is that there is a preparation course for PMI_ RMP which is rare till now... i passed the exam and had some difficulty times through it.

Content was good. I'm not sure it should be worth 10 PDUs.

The robot voice is a bit anoying
The robot voice is a bit annoying. The content is insufficient and don't represent 10 hours training. Interruption of sound on one slide (product Non verbal communication)... Or was it an example of non verbal communication? (joke) In essence, the product is good but lack content.

Good, but expensive
Customer service was excellent (quick replies to e-mails). I bought the 60-PDU bundle for $270 (after e-coupon). It satisfied the PDU requirement to renew my PMP, but 270 bucks was a lot.

On-Line Course Exam
I sent an e mail to customer service about the second on-line exam in the PMI-RMP course and got no response. Some of the answers within to the questions seem to be wrong and not accurate!!!! OR something is missing here!!? Could not download the course material in PDF file as indicated on your site. Could not download the certificate in PDF file. Kind Regards

Robot Voice
The material of the courses was very dry and with the robot voices it was very hard to understand and concentrate at times. Lose the robot voices and have a person dictate the slides. Switch applications if necessary. I found the exams to be fair and the number of PDUs to be excellent.
